Test suite is failing.

Please provide more details on how to reproduce. Ideally a sequence of shell commands that one can invoke in a Docker image and install all needed packages. By chance, is it using sqlite 3.38 ? If so see #3077 and #3085

I'm not using docker because it sdoes not fully behave like bare metal system. Yes I'm using sqlite 3.38. OK will check those tickets .. thx (will back soon).

Updating to sqlite 3.38.0 will not help as we currently have known issues with it. I was suggesting Docker just as a convenient way for us maintainers to have a self contained recipee for reprodution. With the current elements, we're unable to do anything useful with your report as the test suite passes locally for us and on our many continuous integration environments, so we would have eventually to close it as "can't reproduce". What I'm thinking to as a reproducing recipee is something similar to https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/issues/5310#issuecomment-1040469817

I'm usi g my own distribution which is not filly finished so I still canmot provide simple dosker bassed procedure to assemple build procedure based on my rpm packages. Nevertheless up to now everytjing was OK.

As a quick followup to this, I similarly unfortunately cannot immediately provide a reproducible build environment since it only happens on macOS M1 builds and I'm stuck on Intel, but in the process of upgrading nixpkgs from 8.2.1 to 9.0.0 (https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/164879), the built PROJ 9.0.0 fails the test suite on Mac M1 (otherwise passes on Mac x86, Linux x86, and Linux AArch64): https://logs.nix.ci/?key=nixos/nixpkgs.164879&attempt_id=6eff5733-2ef4-48ee-9534-b22478bf1dd9. I'll try to keep diagnosing it on the nix side of things (it's possible it's a nix-specific configuration issue), but posting it here in case this comes up for other M1 users.
