Jeff from the Linux Foundation suggests adding a NOTICE.md file to the top level of your primary repository. This file should list all third-party dependencies along with their respective license information that require extra attention.

This PR contains:

  • NOTICE.md file
  • Updated Readme.md that refers to the NOTICE.md file
