Autopilot Shutdown in 10 min notification

Hi, During the autopilot process, when the device is showing ESP, I'm receiving a "Windows will reboot in 10 min" notification. This happens if I'm using WinRE w/wifi or WinPE on Lan when doing the prep. It only seems to happen when the devices are provisioned with OSDCloud. When I use the stock OEM recovery, or Windows 10 21H2 (usb creator) it seems to work fine.

The reboot seems to be triggered by omadmclient.exe, with the reason of OS Reconfiguration.

It looks like an extra reboot is required after driver/updates installs (This is an HP) in OOBE. The reboot is already required when going through OOBE but nothing seems to happen until Intune applies policies. Then Windows detects "a really old config" that requires a reboot now.
