Expand-WindowsImage failing with 0x80131515 error

The ESD looks to be correct. I've made sure I'm on the latest edition of OSDCloud. This is showing the enterprise edition, but was seeing it for home as well. Tried running the command itself, and same issue, guessing DISM import is my issue, don't know how to dig deeper. 2021-04-28-141912-Deploy-OSDCloud.log 20210428_142147

Failure when attempting to copy boot files.

This was an issue with WinPE and can be resolved by rebuilding the Template with a new WinPE
