New-OSDCloudUSB does not copy the Config directory from the OSDCloud Workspace

New-OSDCloudUSB does not copy the Config directory from the OSDCloud Workspace when creating the OSDCloud USB. The Config directory only gets copied when Update-OSDCloudUSB is used with any parameter (e.g. -PSUpdate).
