Selecting a custom image from OSDCloudGUI results Edition selection when invoked

Open UbiquitousChris opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

When selecting a custom image from the OSDCloud GUI, OSDCloud appears to ignore the custom image and asks for the edition of what appears to be the default Windows 11 x64 option.

The custom image we're selecting is Windows 10 LTSC, which contains only the Enterprise edition. I tested this against OSDCloudGUI 22.6.22.3

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Copy image to USB flash drive under (drive):\OSDCloud\OS
  2. Boot to flash drive and select custom image from Operating System dropdown, leaving other options at their default
  3. Click start. Invoke-OSDCloud runs and starts the process, but halts almost immediately to prompt for the OS Edition. 2022-06-27 11 30 28

Initiating the process from the command line works properly. CleanShot 2022-06-27 at 10 45 38@2x CleanShot 2022-06-27 at 10 46 31@2x

This functionality works properly when using a slightly older version 22.4.28.1.

I'll replicate what you have and see what I can come up with. Thanks for letting me know.
