When creating a USB, allow splitting large .wim files to .swm

With New-OSBMediaUSB, when attempting to write a .wim file to a USB that is to large for FAT32, it would be beneficial to have an option to split it across .swm files.

Dism /Split-Image /ImageFile:C:\sources\install.wim /SWMFile:C:\sources\install.swm /FileSize:4700
