OSD Cloud check wim file version compare mechanism

Open Metisak opened this issue 2 months ago • 2 comments

Hello, i would like to ask you, if there could be file check for wim download like it is for example for drivers. Meaning : In case i am using CLOUD solution, wim is always downloaded so in case i want to do 10 enrollements in day i need to download wim file everytime. For example driver pack is downloaded once and stored on USB so no other download needed. My wish of feature would be similar. Wim will be downloaded once and stored on USB. Once i run process again on different device, wim file will be checked against azure storage and in case data are same no other download needed.

Hope i explain is as easy as possible, in case you have some questions or want more let me know :) Anyway good job with whole solution i like it ;)

I believe the issue is that your USB is FAT32, so it doesn't support files larger than 4GB. I'm using a dual partition USB and the OS wim is downloaded as expected.

i have created USB via NEW-OSDCloudUSB command.. 2 separeted sections have been crreated : one WINPE which is Fat32, and second OSDCloudUSB as NTFS and here i can see for exemple driver packs downloaded but not wim files.
