HP TPM 1.2 no longer updating to 2.0

I've since confirmed a fix I had put in back in 2024, changed the logic and broke the TPM updates.

Updated code today in OSDCloud.ps1 around lines 1825. I've tested and confirmed that the devices are no triggering the TPM 2.0 updates again as expected

NOTE, 24H2 RTM breaks this process in Specialize, going to test with updated 24H2 release Tested with Feb Release of 24H2, still has issues in specialize phase. Crazy, because switching back to 23H2, exact same processes work

FYI @OSDeploy @MichaelEscamilla for visibility Ideas: Move everything out of specialize if 24H2, push it all to SetupComplete.

Others have mentioned this too, issues with Specialize in 24H2. This will be quite time consuming to track down and do work arounds.

Is specialize working for Driver Expand and Install, or is that KIA as well?
