Add Some Exit Code Handling to OSDCloudIPU

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. OSDCloudIPU just reboots at the end of the process.

Describe the solution you'd like Request is to be able to not automatically reboot and possible pass An exit code to know when the process has completed

Use case could be for CM and being able to capture that Exit Code to prompt the user.

Describe alternatives you've considered Just getting it done
