The direct downloads links for several Microsoft Surface models no longer work.

Describe the bug The direct downloads links for all Microsoft Surface Pro 8 and 9 models no longer work. This is resulting in OSDCloud downloading the 404 page to C:\drivers after choosing a driver pack on OSDCloud-GUI. When OSDCloud attempts to install the driver pack during the 'specialize' stage of the Windows installation, "The installation package could not be opened" appears.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open https://github.com/OSDeploy/OSD/blob/master/Catalogs/CloudDriverPacks.json
  2. Scroll down to any of the Surface Pro 8 or 9 non-LTE direct download link
  3. Copy and paste the link into a new tab in your browser
  4. See a 404 page returned.

Expected behavior Step 4 should have initiated a file download for the driver pack.
