FileKBNumber for Windows 10 21H2 and 22H2 Servicing Stack Updates?

The Servicing Stack Updates always show as not installed for me when running Get-OSBuilds -Verbose or Get-OSMedia -Verbose, even though they show "TargetState: Installed" in Sessions.xml.

I noticed that the FileKBNumber for KB5031539 is set to "19041 3562" in the OSD catalog, which does not match the KBNumber in Sessions.xml (KB5031539). Is the error in my Sessions.xml or in the catalog, or am I doing something wrong?
