ondemand-dex service is not started during install or restarted during configuration

Environment:

  • Ubuntu 22.04
  • Python 3.11.5
  • Ansible 8.0.0
  • osc.open_ondemand 3.1.4

The role does not restart the ondemand-dex service during installation or after configuration changes (when running with the configure) tag.

Please could the role be extended to enable and start the service during installation and restart it during configuration.
