Web - Drag and drop from record metadata should include value

Currently just copy key, but adding "== value" would be more helpful.

I don't fully understand what this issue is describing. Understanding a use case might help clarify the context.

In the GUI, when a user drags a metadata field from the right-hand metadata tree into a supported target field, it only drops the field name, not the value. It should drop both or provide an alternative (right mouse button) to do so.
