Web - Add indicator in search panel for active fields

If a search field has a value, the header should be annotated to show it is in use. Currently, if a value is entered and the header is collapsed, there is no way to know what terms are being applied which may lead to confusion.

Clarification

When you say header are you referring to the search panel? I don't know what a header is?

Sorry, yes just the search panel category labels that can be expanded/collapsed. This happened to me when testing and getting unexpected results due to a previously entered value that was in a collapsed search category.
