Web - Enabled drag and drop of specific query-related tree entries

Currently, d&d only works for records and collections; however, d&d should allow valid search scopes to be dragged to the search selection field in the search panel. Interlocks need to be added to only enable d&d when the search panel is visible and to disallow drops to any other locations for these entries. The specific tree entries are "my data", projects, and shared users / projects. Root collections should not be included.

Clarification

The search panel appears on the left side of the DataFed UI. The user should be able to select a collection from the Fancy Tree directory structure that appears in the central main panel and place it in the "Selection" box in the left Search panel.

Opinion

This would be an improvement to the user experience because they would no longer have to use the add button and a new dialogue box to make selections.
