CLI Documentation Build Errors

There are rst formatting errors caused how some command options are listed.

Clarification

I do not fully understand exactly where these occurring, is it in the code sections of .rst document files?

They are coming from a custom doc generator that uses the CLI's built-in help feature. We have no control over what come out of this and the RST tool does not like it. It does produce legible output, but also many warnings.
