Web Server - ZeroMQ modul needs to be updated

Currently using version 4.6, but 5.x (and soon 6.x) are available.

I think we should relabel these to needs to be replaced with HTTP/HTTPS so we are not working on fixing old technologies that we will be removing anyway.

Or we could just close all the ZeroMQ issues now since we're not going to fix them.
