[Feature] LinkML Validation Create ArangoDB Initialization Script

The LinkML Validator depends on the existence of a properly initialized ArangoDB. For ease of development, there should exist a script that quickly stands up the sdms database in an ArangoDB instance, and a schema collection inside of this database.
