[Feature] Automatically add Globus credentials to `.env` file.

Problem We Want to Solve

After running generate_globus_files.sh for the metadata docker compose scripts, the user has to manually copy the credentials from the generated globus_config.json to their .env file. This should be easy to do automatically instead.
