Create new suite repo for development using emsdk going forward

We need to create a new repo, with a new project name (we'll work with Gina).

Repo should:

• Only contain files, dependencies, and instructions and compile emscripten bindings
• Remove all NAN related files, commands, compile flags - expel the existence from this earth
• Need to collab with Gina on new name

Examples of some of content to remove: Remove the content in the bindings folder (nan bindings definitions, not wasm-bindings)

Remove .js unit tests for nan bindings

Remove unneeded config and cmake content and all other packages.
