Revisit assessment diagrams: add user input/results

Mentioned in Weekly: We need to make the assessment diagrams more useful (or remove them?) by ideally adding inputs/results over the sections of the diagrams.

From a technical standpoint this I'm not sure this is feasible in a way that will look nice or be useful. We'd have to try and overlay text on the image using a premade css grid - Will be a mess. Easier to implement programatic diagrams
