Implement the primary functions needed for the diagram setup and rendering.

Should be able to:

1. See layout containers and tabs for setup and click into diagram #6772
2. Create a single connectable node type with: name label, labeled connetions, directional arrows, multiple connections
3. Diagram state is saved
4. Can download diagram image
