Integrate React Diagram library Microfrontend with MEASUR

Reactflow is best option for water diagram assuming we can feasibly bring a small react bundle into MEASUR either through module federation, webcomponent, or worst case scenario serve separately and set up as MEASUR route.

Needs to:

  • Pass data and events between React/Angular
  • No build side effects
  • CI/CD
  • Build and output electron
