Custom Opp with no energy data

Either make it so you cannot delete the "first" energy row or make it so it doesn't crash if you do (a dropdown option that is non-energy that doesn't get applied to any summations?)

Bigger picture - will the error handling Nick is doing keep MEASUR from appearing to eat assessments/opportunities? Is there something else we can implement that will STOP calculations if there is any error and just display ERROR instead? This is a separate issue, obviously, but thought I'd plant some seeds here...
