EDIT 2024/04/18 Commandeering this issue for Dashboard level Inventory Reports. Don't really want another button for "Generate Inv. Report", but maybe a button/toggle at the top of a "generate report" report to switch between Assessments & Inventory

Thoughts that would be important for this, but actually need their own issues:

• In folder facility level data - have annual data inputs
  • would auto-fill in TH
  • unit costs could be part of this instead of current location
  • would move more in-line with VERIFI & NEB
  • could help make Equipment report into a Footprint tool type report (why these thoughts are here)
  • could have result line with total facility impact
• May consider also having TH be a separate category from assessments also.
  • Rollup TH report? what if annual costs are different (different years, they might be... take latest? ask?)
