500 Internal Server Error

Dear Tom,

For an increasing number of ORCID records, the lookup process fails with the following error message:

developer-message: "500 Internal Server Error: Contact [email protected] for assistance." error-code: "9008" more-info: "https://members.orcid.org/api/resources/troubleshooting" response-code: "500" user-message: "Something went wrong in ORCID."

As far as I can tell, all these ORCID record are well formed.
