What conditions need to be covered in the test vectors for the spec?

1. are files the correct size? 2. are each of the files matching the specific schema? 3. counts need to match expectations

We should be using publicKeyJwK and normal JOSE libraries... https://github.com/transmute-industries/lds-jws2020 It would also be excellent to suppport protocol keys that are Ed25519 (primary, recovery).

Make verificationMethod.id a sidetree method parameter

As we have seen with did web and did btcr... its really nice to able to just edit files...
