Don't delete CUETools DB Plugin info section in non-checksum EAC logs

The logchecker currently deletes all sections that have the "CUETools" byline if it's for a log that doesn't have a checksum: https://github.com/OPSnet/Logchecker/blob/b38c25a13d37243ce170ab5c7d76436c48c1c363/src/Logchecker.php#L338-L342

We should not be doing this, but rather leave it as part of the analyzed log.
