Add "Raw" property for all AJAX endpoints that have HTML encoded properties

This will make it easier for downstream consumers to utilize these endpoints as they will not have to convert the HTML output of the BBCode engine, but rather can just consume the raw BBCode for their applications, which should make it increasingly user for users to cross-seed torrents between sites.
