Added target to the source code link

Added the property target with the value "_blank" making the link open in a new tab instead of the same page.

I have noticed that most of the links of the site opens in a new tab, but the link to the source code didn´t. I though is a great idea to solve that and prevent people from leaving the site unknowingly.

Sorry for having this closed, we had to do a force push due an internal hiccup we had. I've created #192 to track merging this PR.
