Fix/Remove broken LastFM API Endpoints

The following endpoints no longer exist within Last.FM. We should either find a replacement for them (if possible) or just remove them outright from Gazelle otherwise:

  • artist.getEvents (get_artist_events)
  • tasteometer.compare (compare_user_with)
  • chart.getHypedArtists (get_hyped_artists)
