Dont resolve well equation when computing initial guess for thp in updateWellStateWithTarget

Resolving the equation in updateWellStateWithTarget may lead to a long simulation time for problematic wells. I will put this in draft mode as it would need more testing.

I guess this is related to https://github.com/OPM/opm-simulators/pull/5992/, but that need to wait until ongoing work on proper initialization of wells at start of time/report-steps is in place. I think there is a lot to save on not doing the full updateWellStateWithTarget every time something happens.
