Add support for reservoir coupling keywords

Adds support for SLAVES, GRUPMAST, and GRUPSLAV keywords. This PR will replace #5436, #5437 and #5443 and it will be in "draft" state until the complete reservoir coupling feature is working, see discussion in https://github.com/OPM/opm-simulators/pull/5436#issuecomment-2388440558.
