GLIFT WTEST complains no THP constraints

In some cases with network, we get the following message,

GLIFT WTEST: Well S-3H does not have THP constraints

not sure whether those well should do GLIFT WTEST, but for sure they have THP constraints.

There is some bug somewhere. reporting here to remind to look into it at a later stage.

It is found when working with @steink .
