Well Log Plot: Use connection length start/end for Measured Depth

When CONLENST and CONLENEN are reported (PLT-table) for a given well and time, use mid point as Measured Depth when plotting RFT and PLT connection data.

Note! This is not reported for a standard well, only for Friction and Multi-Segment-Wells.
