2D Intersection View anomalies

[v2021.10.2] There are some anomalies with 2D Intersection Views

• When a 3D view is copied, then associated 2D Intersection View objects are renamed "Copy of ...", but subsequently their name is not linked to name changes in the source 3D view ... my suggeswtion is for their name to be linked to the source 3D view.
• 2D Intersection View objects are generated with Contour Maps from Intersections present in the source 3D view ... this is sort of a bug as these display nothing.
• 2D Intersection View objects show the property when generated, but this is neither i) controllable, or ii) linked to its source 3D view ... my suggestion is that it should be linked (there being no need for adding more interface on the 2D Intersection View object).

Overall you can get a large number of 2D Intersection View objects, most of which are 'junk' that occur when there are a large number of wells, views copied and with operations like "Copy Intersections to All Views".

• My suggestion: 2D Intersection Views should be generated only as required from a method of the Intersection object.
