Intersection perpendicular to well path

[v2021.10.2] Suggest to add a further type of intersection:

• Intersection tangent to well path

This would complement the intersection along well path and add to the utility of intersections for viewing data around the well, and should have the following attributes to control the intersection:

• Intersection measured depth
• Intersection extent length
• Intersection in vertical, horizontal or tangent place

Alternatively these attributes could be viewed as an extension of the existing intersection along well path, where the current implementation is the special case of being along the well trajectory.
