'Restore default' for 2D plot axes

[v2021.10.2] Suggest for 2D plot that the axes can have a 'restore defaults' option (which is a nice functionality in the 3D view plot scale min/max).

One possibility is to follow the Excel interface logic, where each of the minimum, maximum and units can be set or defaulted independently, and also potentially offer other common options such as log scale or values in reverse order.

"Reset" axis range will be similar to "Zoom All" icon, but allow one axis to be reset at the time.
