Well multilateral control

[v2021.10.2] When a multilateral well is turned off its subordinate legs are still shown ... there may be occasions when this is desirable, e.g. to only show one of the multi-lateral legs. Suggestion though is to make the default action to disable the object and subordinates, but to allow subsequent enabling of the lateral tracks if desired.
