Remove polylines annotation objects to Polygons

Polygons are now supported. Remove the polyline annotations (make them obsolete) from the user interface. If an existing project file contains annotation polyline objects, move them into the Polygon folder.

Remove RimPolylinesAnnotationInView and derived classes.

The polyline annotation objects are not visible in the Project Tree now due to a display bug.
