RFT Segment plots: Incomplete topology compared to Completor

Completor plots display more segments than ResInsight.

See "rft segment plot.rsp" for display of segment curves and compare with plots from Completor.

Schedule file available at "completor\TEST_JAN2024\eclipse\include\schedule\blank.sch"

Initial testing indicates that ResInsight reads all segment data compared to "blank.sch"
