OKH-LOSH vs. OPEN-NEXT T2.3 specifications

Open moedn opened this issue 4 years ago • 0 comments

Very recently found that OPEN-NEXT T2.3 is implementing a metadata specification that is significantly different from OKH-LOSH.

The good news is, that in this issue, examples were added that (in theory) cover the fields explained in the guideline of T2.3 and hence could hold the metadata specified in the corresponding sections.

Approach:

  • Since the T2.3 specification comes very late (was due Oct-2020), we can't implement the full specification in our WP (specifically regarding crawler development and identified data sources)
  • [ ] What we can do on the other hand, is implementing the extra fields into the ontology and
  • [ ] create manifest files for each of the sample projects listed in T2.3

Fields to Implement

  • [ ] environmentalConstraints
    • like max. temp., max voltage etc.
    • format yet unclear (custom key?)
