Add REST I/F for generating JSON Schema for a potential pubsub message

When processing OPC UA metadata message sin the cloud, many schema processing engines use JSON schema to parse the metadata. It would be great to get the JSON Schema document directly from the cloud lib for UA Variable types defined in companion specs.
