Re-enable OAuth2 login via OPCF website

This used to work but now it doesn't. No-one can remember any changes being made. More investigation required.

As an alternative, we could enable MS Account login like the CESMII version has. What do you think, @randy-armstrong ?

Agreement is to switch to Microsoft Accounts login option.
