The ESPD should become independent of the ESPD request.

In the WG 15/4/2025 it was decided that an ESPD does not necessarily require an ESPD Request.

  • To remove Predicate epo-sub:relatesToESPDRequest

  • To remodel eSubmission so that epo-sub:ESPD can be linked to the concepts that it used to access via epo-acc:ESPDRequest

The predicated epo-sub:relatesToESPDRequest should probably not be removed. In the case an ESPD Request exists the ESPD will relate to it. The cardinality should just be relaxed to 0..1
