WG24/10/2024: Add Attribute epo:hasAdditionalInformation to epo:PlannedProcurementPart and epo:LotGroup classes as it is already implemented in class epo:ProcurementObject and add the tag skos:editorialNote : "Used by eforms BT-300". Image

As per eforms the Additional information is provided in the Lot and PlannedProcurementPart classes.
