Can a Period have the same value for hasBeginning and hasEnd to cover something that is for one day

The naming and Definitions of all the URL attributes in the ontology need to change in order to follow the same word patern. 
`epo-con:ContractModificationInformation` should be in [eContract](https://github.com/OP-TED/ePO/tree/master/implementation/eContract) instead of [ePO_core](https://github.com/OP-TED/ePO/tree/master/implementation/ePO_core). To be moved in 4.1.0 release.
