Verify inconsistency on Business Rule BT-735-LotResult

Dear Sir,

while working on the new SDK 1.12, we came across an inconsistency regarding the application of a BR on BT-735-LotResult.

In particular, in the field Json the rule is reported as following: "{ND-StrategicProcurementInformationLotResult} ${(BT-13713-LotResult in BT-137-Lot[not(BT-717-Lot == 'true')]) or not(BT-142-LotResult == 'selec-w')}".

Instead, TED seems to apply it differently: and not(BT-142-LotResult == 'selec-w')}".

Could you pleas investigate the matter and let us know which is the correct application?

Hello, I don't see any inconsistency between the rule you describe (identifier BR-BT-00735-0087 for notice subtype 29), and its application in TED CVS: BT-735-LotResult is forbidden if:

• BT-717-Lot is not true for the correspoding lot or
• BT-142-LotResult is not 'selec-w' for the correspoding lot result

Coudl you provide a notice XML for which the validation report returned by TED CVS does not match your expectation ?
