Issue observed in notice subtype 29, might apply to other result notice subtypes as well.

Situation: tendering party (TPA-XXXX) composed of a leader (OPT-170-Tenderer = yes) and one or more non-leaders (OPT-170-Tenderer = no). Let's assume this is a consortium.

Problem: when rendering the notice in HTML, members of the consortium are simply listed under a label "official name":

Ideally, a more elegant solution would be foreseen in the view template, such as for example when using subcontracting. Here, the subcontractors are nicely listed under a subcategory "subcontractors of the winner":

Could a similar subcategory be foreseen to list the (non-leading) members of a tendering party? E.g. "other members of the tendering party:" ?

Thank you @mdewinne for pointing out the confusing wording, and the suggestion for improvement. Yes this does apply to all subtypes that display tenderer information.

We have a solution in mind, very similar to your suggestion. We need to discuss it more internally, but intend to include the solution with the release of SDK 1.14. We will then apply the solution to previous versions of the SDK.
